FALL WEEKENDS AT COTEAU-DU-LAC
Fun for all the family!

COTEAU-DU-LAC, Quebec, August 26, 2009 – Many activities are taking place this fall at the Coteau-du-Lac National Historic Site of Canada, in order to create a great atmosphere for kids, as well as nature lovers and passionate history people!

On the menu, many outdoor activities offer a family experience of the most interesting.

Among these, visitors can do the Blockhaus Guided Tour, participate to the Nature Trail or assist to the fascinating interactive costumed animations.

From August 31 to October 11, the site is open every Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, the visitors are invited to consult the web site www.pc.gc.ca/coteau or to call 450-763-5631.

MILITARY REANACTORS
Discovery a part of our history!

Military Reanactors on July 11 and 12 at the Coteau-du-Lac National Historic Site of Canada : the 6th Battalion of the Light Infantry of Hochelaga, the Compagnies franches de la Marine and the Miliciens et Réguliers de Montcalm.

For this event, these history lovers recreate a real military camp. At the sound of drums and armed commands, we find exercises and military manoeuvres as well as shooting demonstrations!
